Compare hospitals near a ZIP by price or distance for a code from search_cpt_codes. Lead with answer: lowest cash, insurer comparison, verdict, follow-up, and search link. Its prices are single published prices; options use hospital medians. Without insurer, compare cash; with insurer, compare negotiated rates, not personal out-of-pocket costs. Preserve sources, dates, included fees, caveats, and each hospital’s city/state. Rank before limiting; missing matching prices are null and last. Do not send patient identifiers.
