List the caller's own Chrome browsers connected to Well now, through the Well extension: browser_id, device name, extension version, and which one well_select_browser picked. The list shows only the browsers this Well server holds, so it can miss a Chrome connected through another Well server. An empty list means no Chrome of the caller is open with the extension signed in here.
