The status page's incident record: periods when an alert condition held (majority, spread = slow propagation, split, stall, reorg), each with level, start and end (UTC; "ongoing" when it has not ended), duration in seconds and a description (untrusted). Covers the last "days" days (default 30, at most 90), newest first, plus verified nodes' average uptime and when recording began.
