The raw 32-byte value of one or more storage slots of a contract (at most 20), at the latest block or "block". Slots are decimal or 0x-hex numbers, or 32-byte hex keys for mapping entries computed off-chain. Values are returned as 0x-hex and as unsigned decimal.
