Value transfers and calls made by contracts during transactions (internal transactions), for one transaction ("transaction": hash) or an address ("address"): type (call, create, delegatecall, selfdestruct…), from, to, value (wei and LAX), success and error. The node's public RPC does not trace, so this is the way to see internal LAX movements without a debug-enabled node (see trace_transaction). Results come 50 per page, newest first; pass "next_cursor" from a result as "cursor" to get the next page. "limit" returns fewer items, but a page cut by limit has no next_cursor, so leave limit out when paging through everything.
