Check whether a TikTok creator is live right now and get the stream URLs (CMAF/DASH + FLV, HLS when TikTok exposes it) — one GET with an @handle, 1 credit. Costs 1 credit. Empty results and failures are never charged. Pass cache=true for a free 24h cache hit (default always fresh).
