Updateinitiative
updateInitiativeUpdate an existing Initiative by its CID. The request has the same shape as createInitiative and replaces the Initiative in full; optional fields that are left out are cleared, not kept. Call getInitiative(cid) first and send the complete definition back. Returns 404 if the CID does not exist. Requires the Edit Initiative permission.
