requestScorecardRuleExemptionRequest an exemption for one entity from one Scorecard rule, identified by Scorecard tag, entity tag and ruleIdentifier (call getScorecard to get it). A reason is required. Set days for an expiring exemption; leave it out and the exemption lasts until it is revoked. The exemption is approved at once if the caller has Edit Settings or the Scorecard auto-approves exemptions; otherwise it stays PENDING. Fails if the Scorecard has exemptions disabled, or if a pending or active exemption already exists for that rule and entity.
