stream_register_all

The MEV order flow stream PUSHED to your https URL for all four chains at once (bnb, ethereum, polygon, avalanche): one signed message per chain per completed minute with detected MEV, each carrying the per-pool rows of that minute. 10 dollars buys 7 days of every chain, against 4 dollars per chain one at a time with stream_register. Call again to renew. Manage with webhook_status and webhook_unregister; the contract is in mev_flow_spec. Price: 10 dollars per call. A ChainHelix API key does not cover this tool.

A4.4/5.0
Behavior4/5

Does the description disclose side effects, auth requirements, rate limits, or destructive behavior?

No annotations are provided, so the description carries the full burden and does well: it discloses push semantics, delivery cadence ('one signed message per chain per completed minute'), billing, renewal behavior, and a critical auth caveat ('A ChainHelix API key does not cover this tool'). It stops short of describing retry/failure handling or what the receiving endpoint must support, which an agent invoking a webhook-registration tool could reasonably want.

Agents need to know what a tool does to the world before calling it. Descriptions should go beyond structured annotations to explain consequences.

Conciseness4/5

Is the description appropriately sized, front-loaded, and free of redundancy?

Front-loads purpose and scope well, and every sentence is informative. However, pricing is stated twice ('10 dollars buys 7 days' and 'Price: 10 dollars per call'), which is mild redundancy in an otherwise dense paragraph.

Shorter descriptions cost fewer tokens and are easier for agents to parse. Every sentence should earn its place.

Completeness5/5

Given the tool's complexity, does the description cover enough for an agent to succeed on first attempt?

For a webhook-registration tool with a single required param, an existing output schema, and no annotations, the description covers scope, cadence, pricing, renewal, auth limitations, management siblings, and points to mev_flow_spec for the contract. Nothing essential to correct invocation is missing.

Complex tools with many parameters or behaviors need more documentation. Simple tools need less. This dimension scales expectations accordingly.

Parameters3/5

Does the description clarify parameter syntax, constraints, interactions, or defaults beyond what the schema provides?

Schema coverage is 0% and the single 'url' property is a bare string with no description. The description partially compensates by framing it as a push destination ('PUSHED to your https URL'), conveying that it must be an HTTPS endpoint receiving signed payloads, but it adds no format or validation detail beyond that.

Input schemas describe structure but not intent. Descriptions should explain non-obvious parameter relationships and valid value ranges.

Purpose5/5

Does the description clearly state what the tool does and how it differs from similar tools?

States a specific verb and resource (PUSHED MEV order flow stream) with explicit scope ('all four chains at once: bnb, ethereum, polygon, avalanche'). It also contrasts with the sibling stream_register, so an agent can distinguish the two without opening either schema.

Agents choose between tools based on descriptions. A clear purpose with a specific verb and resource helps agents select the right tool.

Usage Guidelines5/5

Does the description explain when to use this tool, when not to, or what alternatives exist?

Explicitly names the alternative (stream_register) and the condition that selects it ('4 dollars per chain one at a time'), plus the renewal path ('Call again to renew') and management tools (webhook_status, webhook_unregister). Nothing about when to use this versus the per-chain variant is left to inference.

Agents often have multiple tools that could apply. Explicit usage guidance like "use X instead of Y when Z" prevents misuse.
