Exchange fill receipts of the instrument lane, newest first: the signal timestamp that caused the fill, venue, side, quantity, price, slippage against the signal, the exchange order id, and the seal batch and transaction once sealed. Optional instrument, signalTs, limit (default 50, max 500). Price: 1 cent per call.
