KP number chart: the number 1..249 fixes the sidereal ascendant (249-entry table, the six subs on a sign edge split in two); cusps are Placidus for the moment of the question day when that degree rises at the place, planets are taken at the question time. ascendantAt picks the centre (default) or the first degree of the segment. Latitudes past 66.5 are refused.
