Présenter les coordonnées et le montant actualisés et recueillir un nouvel accord avant confirmed=true. Une ancienne confirmation ne couvre pas une adresse corrigée. Pour unknown, pending ou un conflit d’idempotence : ne changer ni clé ni arguments, réconcilier. La facturation utilise la référence pays, pas les zones desservies. Aucun contrôle d’existence de rue ou de correspondance rue–ville–code postal.
