get_coverageRead-onlyIdempotent
Month by month for each account: covered, missing, mismatched (balances and rows disagree), in progress, or not expected, with the row count and one plain line per problem. Missing means unknown, not zero: totals over a missing month leave that money out, and get_metric says so in unknown_reason. A statement upload or pin_balance can fill or confirm a month.
