Lists every European electricity market (bidding zone) SpotWave covers, with its code, display name and billing currency. Use the code (e.g. "NL", "DE", "SE3", "NO1", "DK1", "ITN") as the market argument of the other tools. Countries split into several zones (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Italy) have one code per zone.
