submit_feedback

Use only when the user explicitly asks to report missing or wrong data. Stores one masked feedback record for human review; sends nothing externally. Include only the reported data problem, never conversation history, personal data or credentials. Omit request_context and agent unless essential to reproduce that problem; their documented size limits and masking apply. At most 20 reports per credential per Tallinn calendar day and five per rolling minute. Returns feedback_id and status=received. Use get_company to retrieve company data. Do not look up natural persons.
