utilpeek: parse a URL. Input: url. Returns scheme, host, port, effective_port, is_ip, host_ascii / host_unicode (IDNA), host_scripts and mixed_script_label (homograph hints), public_suffix, registrable_domain, subdomain (and the ICANN-only icann_* view), path, path_segments, query, decoded params (up to 100) and normalized. The URL is parsed, never fetched. Public-suffix split from the Public Suffix List snapshot bundled with the parser (dated 2025-04-07; suffixes added later are not known), with and without the PSL private section; credentials in the URL are never echoed. A URL that cannot be parsed is a 422 (not charged). Typically under 0.1 s. Price: USD 0.001. Free: 10 utilpeek calls per IP per UTC day.
