Exact reconstruction IR for at most two viewport heights. Preserves nodes, ancestors, copy, layout, effects and motion; deduplicates computed styles; replaces inline media with file/URI references. Default returns a small manifest plus a JSON artifact path/URI to consume with code, outside model context. Set inline=true only to inspect the bounded IR. No screenshot analysis required. Use yStart/yEnd for the requested fragment; do not fetch fine-grained layers for the same fragment.
