Bokio: List uploads

bokio_list_uploads
Read-only

Bokio: Receipts and documents already uploaded, with description and file type. Lists the files in the Uppladdat page of the company with description, content type and the journal entry each is attached to, if any. An upload with no journal entry is still waiting to be booked. Needs the user's Cotlet API key with access to this app.

TDQS

A3.8/5.0
Behavior4/5

Does the description disclose side effects, auth requirements, rate limits, or destructive behavior?

Annotations already declare readOnlyHint/destructiveHint=false and openWorldHint, so safety is covered. The description adds real value beyond that: it discloses the auth requirement ('Cotlet API key with access to this app'), the objects returned, and the booking state semantics of uploads. Return-format and pagination behavior are left implicit.

Agents need to know what a tool does to the world before calling it. Descriptions should go beyond structured annotations to explain consequences.

Conciseness3/5

Is the description appropriately sized, front-loaded, and free of redundancy?

The opening sentence restates the title and then the second sentence repeats the same field list ('description and file type' vs 'description, content type'), which is redundant. The rest is front-loaded and earns its place, but there is avoidable duplication.

Shorter descriptions cost fewer tokens and are easier for agents to parse. Every sentence should earn its place.

Completeness4/5

Given the tool's complexity, does the description cover enough for an agent to succeed on first attempt?

For a two-parameter list tool with no output schema, the description covers what is returned, the attachment/booking-state meaning, and the auth prerequisite, which is enough for correct invocation. Only explicit pagination behavior is left to the schema.

Complex tools with many parameters or behaviors need more documentation. Simple tools need less. This dimension scales expectations accordingly.

Parameters3/5

Does the description clarify parameter syntax, constraints, interactions, or defaults beyond what the schema provides?

Schema description coverage is 100%, with both page and page_size fully documented including defaults and range, so the baseline is 3. The description adds no syntax or format detail beyond the schema, but none is needed.

Input schemas describe structure but not intent. Descriptions should explain non-obvious parameter relationships and valid value ranges.

Purpose5/5

Does the description clearly state what the tool does and how it differs from similar tools?

The description states a specific verb and resource: it lists already-uploaded receipts/documents for the company, and it distinguishes itself from sibling write tools like bokio_upload_receipt by framing itself as a read of already-uploaded files. An agent can tell what it returns (description, content type, attached journal entry) without opening the schema.

Agents choose between tools based on descriptions. A clear purpose with a specific verb and resource helps agents select the right tool.

Usage Guidelines3/5

Does the description explain when to use this tool, when not to, or what alternatives exist?

Usage is implied rather than stated: the note that 'An upload with no journal entry is still waiting to be booked' hints the tool is useful for finding unbooked receipts, but there is no explicit when-to-use vs alternatives guidance or named sibling. It is adequate but leaves the routing to inference.

Agents often have multiple tools that could apply. Explicit usage guidance like "use X instead of Y when Z" prevents misuse.
