Durchsucht die Orphanet-Nomenklatur der Seltenen Erkrankungen nach Bezeichnung, Synonym oder Orpha-Kennnummer. Zu jedem Treffer stehen Art des Eintrags, die gröbere Einordnung (Störung, Gruppe, Subtyp) und der Stand bei Orphanet — nur 'Active' ist ein aktueller Eintrag. Nützlich, wenn eine Krankheit unter einem Namen gesucht wird, den das Alphabetische Verzeichnis der ICD-10-GM nicht führt: Orphanet kennt die biochemische und genetische Benennung. Für die Kodierung in Deutschland anschließend icd10alpha_search aufrufen — dort steht die amtliche Zuordnung. [EN] Searches the Orphanet nomenclature of rare diseases by name, synonym or ORPHA code.
