Dědické podíly a povinný díl

dedicke_podily
Read-onlyIdempotent

EN: Calculates statutory inheritance shares under the Czech Civil Code (classes 1 to 5) and the forced shares of descendants against a will; persons are entered by position, without names.

A4.4/5.0
Behavior5/5

Does the description disclose side effects, auth requirements, rate limits, or destructive behavior?

Annotations only cover the read-only/idempotent safety profile, and the description adds substantial behavioral rules beyond that: refusal for pre-2014 dates, non-computation of class 6, the order of operations (halving community property first), treatment of disinherited/renounced descendants, and that the shortfall is returned as a monetary claim under § 1654.

Agents need to know what a tool does to the world before calling it. Descriptions should go beyond structured annotations to explain consequences.

Conciseness4/5

Is the description appropriately sized, front-loaded, and free of redundancy?

It is a single dense paragraph, front-loaded with the core purpose before drilling into class-by-class rules and limitations. Every sentence carries a legal rule or constraint, though the density is high for a description.

Shorter descriptions cost fewer tokens and are easier for agents to parse. Every sentence should earn its place.

Completeness5/5

Given the tool's complexity, does the description cover enough for an agent to succeed on first attempt?

For an 18-parameter, output-schema-less legal calculator, the description covers what it computes (shares, forced shares, community-property split, monetary shortfall), its exclusions, and its input convention. Nothing essential to calling it correctly is missing.

Complex tools with many parameters or behaviors need more documentation. Simple tools need less. This dimension scales expectations accordingly.

Parameters3/5

Does the description clarify parameter syntax, constraints, interactions, or defaults beyond what the schema provides?

Schema description coverage is 100% with bilingual per-field documentation, so the schema already carries the parameter burden. The description only restates the position-based, name-free ordering convention (dite1, dite2 …) that the schema also documents, adding little beyond the baseline.

Input schemas describe structure but not intent. Descriptions should explain non-obvious parameter relationships and valid value ranges.

Purpose5/5

Does the description clearly state what the tool does and how it differs from similar tools?

The description names a specific verb and resource (computes statutory inheritance shares and forced shares under the Czech Civil Code) and enumerates the classes and rules covered. An agent can immediately tell it apart from the sibling legal calculators (tax, wage, court fees) which serve entirely different domains.

Agents choose between tools based on descriptions. A clear purpose with a specific verb and resource helps agents select the right tool.

Usage Guidelines4/5

Does the description explain when to use this tool, when not to, or what alternatives exist?

It states explicit boundaries: only for deaths from 1 Jan 2014, class 6 is not calculated but flagged, and persons are entered by position rather than name. It does not name alternative tools, but in this sibling set there are no direct alternatives, so the context is clear.

Agents often have multiple tools that could apply. Explicit usage guidance like "use X instead of Y when Z" prevents misuse.
