Dar a dědictví: platí se daň?

dar_a_dedictvi_dan
Read-onlyIdempotent

Daň z darovaného příjmu nepočítá; daň darovací a dědická v Česku dnes není. TDQS

A4.4/5.0
Behavior5/5

Does the description disclose side effects, auth requirements, rate limits, or destructive behavior?

Annotations already establish read-only, idempotent, non-destructive, and closed-world behavior. The description adds substantial behavioral context beyond annotations: it explains the exemption rules, taxable threshold logic, reporting deadline for exempt income over CZK 5 million, year-dependent rules, and that it performs no tax calculation.

Agents need to know what a tool does to the world before calling it. Descriptions should go beyond structured annotations to explain consequences.

Conciseness4/5

Is the description appropriately sized, front-loaded, and free of redundancy?

The description is front-loaded with the core purpose and key exemption rule, followed by necessary legal conditions and an English summary. It is long and dense, but the detail is mostly justified by the legal complexity and six-parameter surface.

Shorter descriptions cost fewer tokens and are easier for agents to parse. Every sentence should earn its place.

Completeness5/5

Given the tool's complexity, does the description cover enough for an agent to succeed on first attempt?

Given the legal complexity, rich schema descriptions, annotations covering safety, and no output schema, the description is complete enough for correct invocation. It covers the relevant exemptions, thresholds, year limits, reporting obligation, and explicit exclusions.

Complex tools with many parameters or behaviors need more documentation. Simple tools need less. This dimension scales expectations accordingly.

Parameters3/5

Does the description clarify parameter syntax, constraints, interactions, or defaults beyond what the schema provides?

Schema description coverage is 100%, and the schema already contains detailed parameter descriptions and enum value meanings. The description adds legal context around thresholds and relationships, but it does not add parameter syntax or usage detail beyond what the schema already provides, so the baseline of 3 is appropriate.

Input schemas describe structure but not intent. Descriptions should explain non-obvious parameter relationships and valid value ranges.

Purpose5/5

Does the description clearly state what the tool does and how it differs from similar tools?

The description states a specific verb (Řekne, zda = says whether) and resource (gift, inheritance, legacy received by an individual), and explicitly distinguishes the tool from tax calculation by noting that it does not compute tax and that Czech gift/inheritance tax no longer exists. An agent can tell this is a Czech income-tax exemption classifier, not a tax calculator.

Agents choose between tools based on descriptions. A clear purpose with a specific verb and resource helps agents select the right tool.

Usage Guidelines4/5

Does the description explain when to use this tool, when not to, or what alternatives exist?

The description gives clear context for when the tool applies: years 2014–2027, gifts, inheritance, and legacies, with thresholds and reporting rules. It also states what the tool does not cover (older rules under Act 357/1992 and tax calculation), but it does not name a sibling alternative for those excluded cases.

Agents often have multiple tools that could apply. Explicit usage guidance like "use X instead of Y when Z" prevents misuse.
