AI Clipper: get plan & candidates

Get an AI Clipper plan: status (queued → analyzing → ready | failed | expired), progress and, when ready, the clip candidates (id, title, score 0–100, start/end seconds, reason). Pass the chosen candidate ids to generate_clips. Plans expire 24 h after creation. Free.
