Read the current published forecast for a supported highway, optionally scoped to a state, province or town. Includes now, 3, 6, 12 and 24 hour readings and official road-condition service links. This does not report road closures. Returns text and structured data with an interactive forecast card. The paired get_highway_weather tool returns the same forecast without a card for background checks.
