market_delivery_charges
Utility charges with effective dates. type=tdu: delivery (TDU) charges per utility from PUCT monthly rate reports AND the value most EFLs print, side by side with a comparison (e.g. Oncor's per-kWh charge differs between the two sources; both are shown). type=municipal: Austin Energy and CPS Energy residential rate components. Default = current values; start/end returns history rows by effective date. Free for non-commercial use with attribution; commercial use requires Pro.
