Send the hosts a request about a personal event
event_send_requestA GUEST ASKS THE HOSTS FOR SOMETHING. Call it when somebody wants to tell the hosts of a wedding or other personal event this connector serves about a need or a question: "I need a vegetarian meal", "I use a wheelchair, is the garden reachable", "can I bring my partner", "when should I arrive from the airport". IT CHANGES NOTHING ON THE EVENT and the reply says so: it files the request for the hosts to read, and you must not tell the person their meal is arranged, their plus one is approved or anything else has been decided. Pass category as one of the named values and note as what they actually said, in their own words, at most 280 characters. No links and no markup: both are refused. Anybody signed in may send one. Reasons to read out as given: "RATE_LIMITED" means they have sent the hosts several requests already, so say the hosts have them and they can add more later; "BAD_NOTE" means it was empty or too long. It requires a personal connector token, because a request has to come from somebody.
