Lists the hellos waiting on the person at an event, newest first. Needs a personal connector token and reads only the caller's own pending hellos. Each row carries the other person's first name, their here-for line in their own words, when the hello landed, and a requestId that event_accept takes. No row carries a phone number, email address, surname, account id or photo.
