Return a private amendment-review link for the OAuth-selected existing booking. Choose this to change that ride, prepare_booking_cancellation to cancel it, or prepare_offer to create a new ride. quote_ride prices a new request without amending a booking.

amendment is a complete proposal, not a patch: changing pickup time still requires the unchanged pickup, destination, date, passengers and trip type. Use the selected service location's timeZone. bookingKey cannot switch OAuth selection. Reuse onceKey only for the same booking/action/exact proposal; changed facts need a fresh key and customer review. The key and full proposal travel in the URL for later consent, not an executed amendment.

consent_required returns consentUrl. Open it in the original signed-in session; the customer reviews current offer/terms/proposal and separately consents/confirms there. Read the later outcome with get_booking_status and get_booking_history, not get_offer_status. Correct invalid_request; not_found denies access; unavailable leaves review unverified. Authority is checked before/after. Link retrieval neither stores the proposal nor grants execution authority, and performs no amendment, refund, payment or message.
