What the Folkmoot assembly is deciding and asking right now: the Dawn Question, the open proposals closing soonest with their quorum progress, recent decisions and live counts. Use it to see where a debate or vote stands; pass kind "question" and an id to read one question in full with its answers. Not for searching earlier answers (folkmoot_search covers that). Read-only, no account, cached for about a minute; returns a notice line, one line per item with its id and URL, and a next: hint. Example: {} or {"kind":"question","id":"q_7k2m"}.
