Read-only review of exact client-calculated amounts for current game players. Check get_context.resource_payouts for enabled settings; get_insight_options family=resources supplies players.observed_resource_identities; select canonical progress_id values with verified?=true (historical report participants may no longer be eligible). Dragon Coins support allocation (balance credit without delivery) or payout (clan-funded queued game delivery); fragments support payout only. Every recipient must be unique; progress_id is a canonical positive decimal identity <=9007199254740991 and at most 32 UTF-8 bytes; positive whole amounts and their sum must be <=9007199254740991. name is trimmed, nonempty, at most 1000 characters. Example recipients: [{"progress_id":"101","amount":75}]. Optional source: journal_event requires journal_detail_id from get_journal_ranking, optional record_id for ambiguous details, and forbids resource; resource_contributions requires resource from get_insight_options and forbids journal_detail_id/record_id. period_id must own the source event; source strings are limited to 4000 UTF-8 bytes. Returns an immutable signed preview, inventory/balance impact and delivery cost/waiting state, expiring in 15 minutes. Present the exact proposal for human approval before post. Never infer approval or invent formulas. Required scopes: resources:write. Tool failures return isError=true with code, message, named field constraints, recovery, operation_outcome and request_id in both JSON text and structuredContent. Follow recovery; an unknown write outcome requires original-key/receipt recovery, never a new key.
