post_cp_run

Idempotent

Post the exact reviewed CP report selection with its preview signature and a key. Retry original arguments/token/key for fiscal replay; stale new writes require another preview. The digest is not consent or a reservation. Required scopes: cp:write. Tool failures return isError=true with code, message, named field constraints, recovery, operation_outcome and request_id in both JSON text and structuredContent. Follow recovery; an unknown write outcome requires original-key/receipt recovery, never a new key.
