list_cp_reports

Read-only

Browse unhandled stored CP reports by default; filter before paging. Collection switches govern collection, not manual bookkeeping or existing evidence. Required scopes: cp:read. Tool failures return isError=true with code, message, named field constraints, recovery, operation_outcome and request_id in both JSON text and structuredContent. Follow recovery; an unknown write outcome requires original-key/receipt recovery, never a new key.
