get_guardsmen_tier

Read a player's latest supported observed Personal Ancient reward tier, not a permanent profile property. Officer access and exact progress_id string required. Searches current plus three previous reporting periods (four total); empty and legacy slots count. Latest observation wins, even when lower or still updating. Legacy/unconfirmed identity evidence is skipped without repair. Optional period_id restricts to that in-window period with no fallback. Owned older periods return period_outside_window; invalid/foreign/future periods return period_not_found. Known players without evidence return guardsmen=null, observation=null, unavailable/no_observation. Unknown/nonvisible IDs return player_not_found. Returns player, tier/label, source period/event/reset/observation times and provenance; only status final with usable=true is safe for downstream use. Updating or conflicting evidence is unusable. get_context features.guardsmen_tiers advertises permission, independent of available data. Required scopes: insights:read. Tool failures return isError=true with code, message, named field constraints, recovery, operation_outcome and request_id in both JSON text and structuredContent. Follow recovery; an unknown write outcome requires original-key/receipt recovery, never a new key.
