Read a bounded page of silver entries for one game progress ID. Required scopes: cp:read. Tool failures return isError=true with code, message, named field constraints, recovery, operation_outcome and request_id in both JSON text and structuredContent. Follow recovery; an unknown write outcome requires original-key/receipt recovery, never a new key.
