Insights TestRail browse

insights_testrail_browse

Resolve TestRail names to ids for the Insights summaries. With no projectId it lists your TestRail projects; with a projectId it lists that project's milestones (id, name, completed, due date). Call this first when the user says "milestone X" or "project Y" by name, then pass the ids to insights_testrail_summary. Read-only. Needs TestRail connected in Settings > Integrations.
