Insights board apply changes
insights_board_apply_changesChange the user's Insights board: add, move, resize, restyle or remove items. Make ONE call per user request with a short human label; the user can undo it. Prefer moving over deleting, never remove items the user made unless asked, and locked items cannot be changed. Read the board first with insights_board_get and pass its rev as baseRev.
