Insights board add chart
insights_board_add_chartPin a new chart for the user AND place it on their board in one step. source is the same shape as a pinned chart: {tool, params, relative?, series}. Position is optional; when omitted it goes in the first free spot at the bottom-left without overlapping anything. Undo removes it from the board (the pinned chart itself stays in the user's chart list). After this call do NOT also print a separate ra-chart; just describe what was added (the pinned chart is live and refreshes). If you do print one, include the same source.
