List apartments sent in my alerts

list_alerted_listings
Read-onlyIdempotent

List apartments RentReboot already sent to the connected renter, newest first, with saved, hidden, and contacted/toured/applied state. Pass nextCursor to see older alerts (up to the latest 200). Hidden apartments are left out unless includeHidden is true. Links open the listing through RentReboot. Never returns account identifiers or broker contact details.

A4.5/5.0
Behavior5/5

Does the description disclose side effects, auth requirements, rate limits, or destructive behavior?

Beyond the readOnly/idempotent annotations, it discloses ordering (newest first), a hard history cap (latest 200), the default filtering of hidden listings, link routing behavior, and a privacy guarantee that no account identifiers or broker contacts are returned. That is substantive behavioral detail the agent could not infer from annotations or schema.

Agents need to know what a tool does to the world before calling it. Descriptions should go beyond structured annotations to explain consequences.

Conciseness5/5

Is the description appropriately sized, front-loaded, and free of redundancy?

Four dense, front-loaded sentences: scope first, then paging, then the hidden filter exception, then link and privacy behavior. No filler and the most decision-relevant information leads.

Shorter descriptions cost fewer tokens and are easier for agents to parse. Every sentence should earn its place.

Completeness5/5

Given the tool's complexity, does the description cover enough for an agent to succeed on first attempt?

Output schema exists, yet the description still names the state fields returned (saved, hidden, contacted/toured/applied), which is more than required. For a read-only 3-param list tool, an agent has everything needed to call it correctly.

Complex tools with many parameters or behaviors need more documentation. Simple tools need less. This dimension scales expectations accordingly.

Parameters3/5

Does the description clarify parameter syntax, constraints, interactions, or defaults beyond what the schema provides?

Schema coverage is 33% (only cursor is documented in the schema), so the description compensates for includeHidden's default behavior and paging. However, it never explains limit (default 10, max 25) and it refers to 'nextCursor' while the actual parameter is 'cursor', a naming mismatch that could cause confusion.

Input schemas describe structure but not intent. Descriptions should explain non-obvious parameter relationships and valid value ranges.

Purpose5/5

Does the description clearly state what the tool does and how it differs from similar tools?

Specific verb+resource plus a clear scope: apartments already sent to the connected renter, newest first, with the state fields attached. The 'already sent' framing implicitly but cleanly separates it from sibling list_upcoming_matches and the search/neighborhood tools.

Agents choose between tools based on descriptions. A clear purpose with a specific verb and resource helps agents select the right tool.

Usage Guidelines4/5

Does the description explain when to use this tool, when not to, or what alternatives exist?

It tells the agent how to page backwards ('Pass nextCursor to see older alerts, up to the latest 200') and when hidden items appear ('unless includeHidden is true'), which is solid context. It never explicitly names a competing sibling or states an exclusion, so it stops short of a 5.

Agents often have multiple tools that could apply. Explicit usage guidance like "use X instead of Y when Z" prevents misuse.
