screen_by_framework
Read-only

  • 「バリュー株を探して」「割安株を教えて」「割安な銘柄は?」「PERが低い銘柄」 → framework=value

  • 「成長株を探して」「グロース株を教えて」「伸びてる会社」「業績が伸びてる銘柄」 → framework=growth

  • 「業績回復株を探して」「ターンアラウンド銘柄」「復活しそうな会社」「最近よくなってる銘柄」 → framework=turnaround

個別銘柄の深掘りには get_edinet_financial_data(財務)・get_ideal_price(理想株価レンジ)・get_stock_score(スコア)があります。 指標を細かく指定したい場合(例: ROE>=20% AND 自己資本比率>=60%)は screen_stocks が向いています。

  • growth (成長株): salesGrowth(売上成長率)>=15% AND operatingMargin(営業利益率)>=15% AND roe(ROE)>=15% AND 2年連続増収(consecutiveSalesGrowthYears>=2)

  • high_dividend (高配当株): dividendYield(配当利回り)>=4% AND payoutRatio(配当性向)<=50% AND doe(DOE / 株主資本配当率)>=3% AND equityRatio(自己資本比率)>=40%

  • value (バリュー株): per(PER / priceEarningsRatio)<=10 AND pbr(PBR / priceBookValueRatio)<=1.0 AND roe(ROE)>=10%

tier="ok" は基準を 1 段階緩和します:

  • growth: salesGrowth(売上成長率)>=5%, operatingMargin(営業利益率)>=8%, roe(ROE)>=8%(連続増収条件なし)

  • high_dividend: dividendYield(配当利回り)>=2.5%, payoutRatio(配当性向)<=70%, doe>=2%, equityRatio(自己資本比率)>=20%

  • value: per(PER)<=15, pbr(PBR)<=1.5, roe(ROE)>=5%

データソース: 全銘柄の最新 annual.json を集約した edinet-summary.json(日次更新)。

特別損益は get_edinet_financial_data で確認できます。

Input Schema

NameRequiredDescriptionDefault

TDQS

A4.7/5.0
Behavior5/5

Does the description disclose side effects, auth requirements, rate limits, or destructive behavior?

Annotations already declare readOnlyHint=true and openWorldHint=false, so safety is covered; the description adds substantial extra context: data source and refresh cadence (edinet-summary.json, daily), coverage limits (~3,700 TSE Prime/Standard/Growth operating companies, no Nagoya/Sapporo/Fukuoka-only listings), IFRS/USGAAP comparability caveats, the oneOffSuspected disclosure, and exactly how basis=normalized changes judgement plus the follow-up prompt appended to responses.

Agents need to know what a tool does to the world before calling it. Descriptions should go beyond structured annotations to explain consequences.

Conciseness3/5

Is the description appropriately sized, front-loaded, and free of redundancy?

The opening paragraph is well front-loaded, but the body repeats content that already lives in the schema (tier thresholds appear in both places) and re-states the 'not investment advice' disclaimer twice plus a redundant output-format note. The density is justified by four frameworks × two tiers, but a third of the text is duplication.

Shorter descriptions cost fewer tokens and are easier for agents to parse. Every sentence should earn its place.

Completeness5/5

Given the tool's complexity, does the description cover enough for an agent to succeed on first attempt?

No output schema exists, and the description compensates by describing the { metricLabels, results } response shape, the array location, and how to render metric labels bilingually for users. Combined with coverage limits, accounting-standard caveats, and the basis re-run path, an agent has everything needed to call and present results correctly.

Complex tools with many parameters or behaviors need more documentation. Simple tools need less. This dimension scales expectations accordingly.

Parameters4/5

Does the description clarify parameter syntax, constraints, interactions, or defaults beyond what the schema provides?

Schema coverage is 100%, so the baseline is 3; the description goes beyond it by spelling out the full threshold table per framework for both good and ok tiers, which the schema only summarizes. It also elaborates the reported-vs-normalized basis behavior (which fields get swapped, thresholds unchanged) and the natural-language→framework mapping for the required parameter.

Input schemas describe structure but not intent. Descriptions should explain non-obvious parameter relationships and valid value ranges.

Purpose5/5

Does the description clearly state what the tool does and how it differs from similar tools?

Names a specific verb+resource (list companies matching one of four investment frameworks, capped at 100) and immediately delimits scope: mechanical extraction only, no buy recommendations. It also distinguishes itself from get_edinet_financial_data, get_ideal_price, get_stock_score and screen_stocks within the first three paragraphs.

Agents choose between tools based on descriptions. A clear purpose with a specific verb and resource helps agents select the right tool.

Usage Guidelines5/5

Does the description explain when to use this tool, when not to, or what alternatives exist?

Gives explicit routing rules: natural-language phrasing mapped to each framework value, an explicit when-NOT clause (vague questions should be clarified with the user before calling), and named alternatives (screen_stocks for metric-level conditions like ROE>=20% AND equityRatio>=60%, per-stock tools for deep dives). Nothing is left to inference.

Agents often have multiple tools that could apply. Explicit usage guidance like "use X instead of Y when Z" prevents misuse.
