銘柄の総合分析

get_stock_analysis
Read-only

1回の呼び出しで銘柄の全体像を返します。「○○を分析して」のような総合的な分析に向いています。 上場しているが有価証券報告書がまだ無い会社(新規上場の直後など)は、エラー(isError)にせず { hasData: false, status: "no_annual_report_yet", reason, nextSteps } で返します(利用回数は数えません)。上場廃止・REIT/ETF・存在しないコードは従来どおりエラーです。 個別の深掘りには各ツール(get_edinet_financial_data・get_ideal_price・get_stock_score・get_dcf_valuation・get_industry_benchmark・get_earnings_forecast)があります。

  6. dcf: DCF。

TDQS

A4.8/5.0
Behavior5/5

Does the description disclose side effects, auth requirements, rate limits, or destructive behavior?

Annotations already cover read-only and closed-world, but the description adds substantial behavior the annotations cannot express: the usage-quota model (up to 6 units per call, one per returned section, unavailable sections not counted), the withholding behavior and usage.withheld/withheldNote when quota is short, caveat truncation, and what the response omits (risk statements, timely disclosures, major shareholders, main customers). It also explains the pseudo fiscal-year-end price versus a user-supplied currentPrice and the priceDateNote caveat behind verdicts and DCF gaps.

Agents need to know what a tool does to the world before calling it. Descriptions should go beyond structured annotations to explain consequences.

Conciseness4/5

Is the description appropriately sized, front-loaded, and free of redundancy?

It is long, but front-loaded with purpose and then organized into numbered sections, quota rules, and response-field notes, so an agent can scan to the needed part. A few lines are padding or agent-directed advice (the note that bar/line charts make trends clearer, the caveat-truncation remark) that could be trimmed without losing meaning.

Shorter descriptions cost fewer tokens and are easier for agents to parse. Every sentence should earn its place.

Completeness5/5

Given the tool's complexity, does the description cover enough for an agent to succeed on first attempt?

There is no output schema, so the description carries the full return-value burden and does it: it enumerates all six sections with their detailTool, describes usage/withheld bookkeeping, watchlistSuggestion (canAdd, limit-reached), followUp, and priceDateNote semantics. For a tool this complex, nothing an agent needs to call or interpret it correctly appears missing.

Complex tools with many parameters or behaviors need more documentation. Simple tools need less. This dimension scales expectations accordingly.

Parameters4/5

Does the description clarify parameter syntax, constraints, interactions, or defaults beyond what the schema provides?

Schema coverage is 100%, so baseline is 3, but the description adds real meaning beyond the schema: currentPrice re-runs the verdict (verdictAtCurrentPrice, alphaPctAtCurrentPrice), DCF gap (gapPercentAtCurrentPrice) and the six-axis score, and without it the price defaults to a reconstructed fiscal-year-end pseudo price rather than the live market price — a distinction an agent would otherwise get wrong.

Input schemas describe structure but not intent. Descriptions should explain non-obvious parameter relationships and valid value ranges.

Purpose5/5

Does the description clearly state what the tool does and how it differs from similar tools?

The first sentence states a specific verb and resource: it returns a complete picture of a stock in a single call. It explicitly separates itself from the individual tools (get_edinet_financial_data, get_ideal_price, get_stock_score, get_dcf_valuation, etc.), so an agent can distinguish aggregate from drill-down without opening a schema.

Agents choose between tools based on descriptions. A clear purpose with a specific verb and resource helps agents select the right tool.

Usage Guidelines5/5

Does the description explain when to use this tool, when not to, or what alternatives exist?

It names the selection condition (総合的な分析 / 'analyze ○○') and the alternative for depth (each individual tool, plus followUp.deepDiveTools in the response). It also spells out when NOT to expect this path: newly listed companies without an annual report return { hasData: false, status: "no_annual_report_yet", ... } instead of an error, while delisted/REIT/ETF/nonexistent codes remain errors and consume zero usage.

Agents often have multiple tools that could apply. Explicit usage guidance like "use X instead of Y when Z" prevents misuse.
