Transfer site
transfer_siteDestructive
Transfer a site to a new owner by email (sender: paid plan; the new owner needs their own paid plan, at least plan_needed, paid by them from acceptance, and the sender's bill does not change; returns approve_url, the site stays online, keep_editor keeps you as editor), move it into or out of a workspace, or cancel a pending transfer with cancel: true.
