Annotations already carry the safety profile (destructiveHint=true, readOnlyHint=false), so the description only needed to add context beyond that. It does so by disclosing the key behavioral outcome: after removal the client 'falls back to the agency branding,' telling the agent the slot is not left blank. No contradiction with the destructive annotation, though it stops short of disclosing reversibility.
Agents need to know what a tool does to the world before calling it. Descriptions should go beyond structured annotations to explain consequences.
