Preview or amend the time or timezone of a scheduled Note or Article using its exact current revision. apply defaults to false for a non-mutating preview; apply=true performs the amendment after client-side confirmation. Successful retries are desired-state idempotent, and applied changes are reread and verified. Use this for a time change on an already scheduled item: one step instead of cancel_scheduled_item and schedule_article. For a Substack article the change can still replace the Substack draft, so the writer may be asked for a verification code; when that refusal has scheduleChangePending, the article keeps its current time and the code applies the new time, so do not send the change again. Cover, content, title, paywall, audience, email-delivery, and destination rewrites are unsupported.
