n9t2_xrpl_prepare_transaction

Prepare one unsigned XRPL transaction for agent-local signing. Choose exactly one transaction_type and provide that transaction model's fields in parameters; unsupported transaction types or invalid builder parameters are rejected before an unsigned transaction is returned. Sequence, fee, and last_ledger_sequence may be autofilled when omitted. The result is unsigned transaction JSON for local signing; after signing, pass the signed tx_blob to n9t2_xrpl_submit_transaction. N9T2 never receives or stores private keys, seeds, or wallet secrets. Use this as the generic transaction-construction primitive for supported XRPL transaction types, including Payment, TrustSet, OfferCreate, and OfferCancel.
