Start every NEW listing setup here. Returns a shared draft prefilled from the website and prior owner conversations, field sources, missing_fields, and a category_query. With setup_id or connection_id it also returns Google accounts and category_suggestions. Ask only for missing or incorrect details; never invent contact details or a category id. This reads a private draft and creates nothing on Google.
