Use when: "what do users complain about in X's app", "recent 1-star reviews", "did the last release annoy people", mining pain points for positioning. Not for: the listing itself, use apps_get_app. Reviews of a physical product, use shopping_get_reviews. Returns: Record. store, app_id, title, rating, ratings_count (every star rating, most without text: not the reviews you can fetch), rows[]: id, rating, title (App Store only), text, author, published_at, app_version, helpful_count and developer_reply (Google Play only). meta.rows_available is set only when the call reached the end of what can be fetched, else null.
