Input Schema
TableJSON Schema
| Name | Required | Description | Default |
|---|---|---|---|
| location | No | Keep a job when this text appears in its location, city, state or country (case-insensitive). Default: empty = every location. Example: "United States", "Berlin" or "NY". | |
| maxItems | No | Maximum number of jobs returned across all companies combined, and so the spend cap: $0.004 per job plus $0.005 per run, so 500 jobs = $2.005. Filled in company order, so list the companies you care about most first. Default: 500. 0 = unlimited (20 large companies can exceed 5,000 jobs). Example: 100. Example values: 500 | |
| waitSecs | No | Max seconds (0–45, default 30) to cap the wait for the Actor run to reach terminal state. For long-running Actors the response returns at the cap with the current run status; follow `nextStep` to poll via get-actor-run. Set to 0 to fire-and-forget. | |
| companies | No | Companies to fetch jobs for. Accepts company names ("Ramp"), domains ("stripe.com"), board slugs ("openai") or board URLs ("https://jobs.lever.co/matchgroup"), mixed freely. The ATS and board slug are detected automatically, so you do not need to know the platform. Default: ["stripe", "openai", "ramp"]. Example: ["ramp.com", "Notion"]. Example values: ["stripe","openai","ramp"] | |
| platforms | No | Restrict discovery and fetching to these ATS platforms: greenhouse, ashby, lever, smartrecruiters, recruitee, rippling, personio, workday, workable. Default: empty = probe all nine. Example: ["greenhouse", "lever"]. | |
| remoteOnly | No | Default: false. When true, keep only jobs the platform flags remote, or whose location says remote, anywhere or distributed. Example: true. | |
| discoverOnly | No | Default: false. When true, return one row per company with its ATS, board URL and open-job count, and fetch no jobs. Costs $0.001 per company (plus $0.005 per run) instead of $0.004 per job; use it to answer "which ATS does this company use" or to vet a watchlist first. Example: true. | |
| titleIncludes | No | Keep a job when its title contains any of these words (case-insensitive). Default: empty = every title. Example: ["engineer", "designer"]. | |
| postedWithinDays | No | Keep only jobs posted or updated in the last N days (0-3650). Default: empty = the whole board. Jobs on platforms that publish no date are kept, not dropped, and counted in the run summary. Example: 7 for jobs posted this week. | |
| includeDescription | No | Default: true. Set false to omit description_html and description_text, making each item about 10x smaller; also speeds up SmartRecruiters boards (Workday and Rippling still need their per-job request). Price is the same either way. Example: false when you only need titles and apply URLs. Example values: true | |
| maxItemsPerCompany | No | Maximum number of jobs returned per company, for an even spread across a watchlist so no one company eats the run. Works alongside maxItems (global cap); each company stops at whichever limit is hit first. Default: empty or 0 = no per-company cap. Example: 50. Example values: 100 |
