Resolve a stock ticker (or CIK) to the SEC CIK, registrant name, exchange and sibling share classes from SEC EDGAR's company_tickers_exchange list, plus the issuer's Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) from GLEIF matched by normalised legal name, with match confidence, registration status, jurisdiction and alternatives. BRK.B / BRK-B forms accepted. Price: $0.01 USDC per successful call (x402, Solana). Same tool over HTTPS: GET https://scorptech.it.com/api/x402/v1/ticker-resolver
