Create a Hive simple automation draft
create_simple_automationIdempotent
Build one of the six Hive simple automations and return it as a DRAFT: going live needs the person to open the approval link in Hive. It never messages anyone. It writes the automation, then reports in plain words everything that still blocks Go Live.
