meetings_book
Book a contact into a meeting type. slots: open times (from/to YYYY-MM-DD optional). book: startAt (ISO) + contactId, or name with email/phone. Prefer an open slot; if the user asks, any future time works, outside hours or notice. Emails them a confirmation (texts if set up); confirm with the user first. A clash returns booked:false + conflicts; retry with allowOverlap only if the user agrees.
