Full control of the background work queue. action 'list' returns every queued/running item across all projects (analyses, proxies, beats) plus the visible task rows (downloads, voiceover jobs, failures) with a cancellable flag. action 'cancel' stops ONE kind of work for ONE asset — queued or already running (a running visual index stops at the next sample and keeps its checkpoint).
